• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Step off the patio and onto the beachwalk path-- less than 5 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL/SPA HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).The charge for BOTH is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.

A Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home beautifully accomodated 8 adults and 6 children with an easy access to the beach. (One child was in a crib that parents brought with them.) It was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with paper supplies, soaps, laundry and kitchen detergents. The kitchen had every item one could possibly need and very well organized. The home was comfortably furnished.
