Thanks for the 5 stars! The Chesapeake Bay beach is a 5-minute walk away. Our own living shoreline is peaceful with visiting birds, turtles & fish and the waterfront views from both decks are serene. Indeed you discovered that the large top level has a spot for every personality: a tv area, a reading nook, a fitness/work area, a ping pong table, a dining/game area and the large, stocked kitchen that we enjoy sharing with fine VRBO guests, like your family. We're honored that you chose our house to enjoy relaxation & fun at the beach.

Another 5-star review! Thanks so much! Differing deck chair styles for each deck are tucked in hallway closets. We did consider "another tv or 2", but decided to create a peaceful "escape" emphasizing social interaction. Movie buffs hunker down in front of the TV, others play ping pong , the board game or card game lovers take over the dining room table & the foodies explore/plan in the large gourmet kitchen. Everyone's together to share laughter, friendship & conversations, enjoying the peaceful waterfront view from the top floor. We do look forward to your group's return. Thanks for the highest rating!
