Not reliable listing

First the site confirmed my booking for 2 nights. Then the host says the site was wrong in not updating the host's black out dates because only 1 night was available. After I sent the host a message that I'd still take that 1 night then he/she sent an email to say that there was a change of plan. Good thing I did not book another non-refundable 2nd night at another place right away.
