We are within 10 minutes of the Phoenix Open, the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show, Old Town Scottsdale, and Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. Village III is within walking distance of several restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Additionally the complex has multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, and biking and hiking trails.

This newly renovated space is a beautiful ground level condo with a great relaxing patio with views to the spacious open areas the Village has to offer. The kitchen has all new appliances with a washer and dryer as well. A brand 50' new smart TV has Youtube TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as any other streaming apps you want to use.
