Great group stay

My group had an amazing time at this rental property. It was clean, spacious, and in a safe location. It has a smart TV that easily linked to apple and Android devices. Beds were comfortable. Basic essentials were provided. Would definitely recommend groups to stay here.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable and Affordable

My wife and I and six friends had a lovely weekend in Seattle in large part to the excellent accommodations at Nhat's VRBO in South Seattle. The house has been tastefully remodeled, is well furnished, and is very clean. The modern kitchen served us well. The comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood made for a good night's sleep every night. Having Seattle's Light Rail service near by was a big plus. Accommodations on a quiet side street definitely has its advantages including lush vegetation and a spacious back yard. Would definitely recommend this affordable VRBO.

Looks can deceive

Found a corona bottle w cigarettes on the ground outside the side door, back yard had a shed with a fully cracked window and things out there. No photos of outside of the house made it deceiving as inside photos looked good but quality of things inside and the neighborhood/area was not great. The driveway gate was also a hassle

Wonderful and very clean home

We really really enjoyed our stay in this lovely and super clean home. It is well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our family to go out and toss a football and kick the soccer ball around. The only negative is there is no air conditioner or fans in the house so on the first day we arrived, it was very very warm inside and the thermostat was reading 87 inside. We were blessed that the next 4 days the weather was cooler so the house wasn’t as sweltering hot. As we cooked most of our meals in the house, we were glad to find it was stocked with most of the spices/herbs we needed and there was plenty of keurig coffee pods for our entire stay. You will need to bring your own cooking oil, condiments and whatever other ingredients you need to cook. The hosts left a lovely welcome note along with a bowl of fruit and a jar of chocolate bars which our children enjoyed. The neighborhood is somewhat run down but the home itself is well kept and as it is hidden down an alley like street, we felt perfectly safe. We would definitely book this home again in the cooler seasons if we are back in the Seattle area.
