Inside, you’ll find a stylishly decorated space with coastal decor and two large, westerly facing windows that bring in lots of natural light. The open-concept kitchen and dining area mean the chef can make mealtime magic in the full, well-equipped kitchen while staying involved in the conversation at the table. The spacious living room features plush, leather reclining couches and a Vizio streaming-capable Smart TV - perfect for a family evening at home. Two of the three bedrooms also feature streaming-capable TVs, so no worries if you can’t agree on what to watch. But before heading to bed, end the day outside on the deck, enjoying the night sky.

Good value - place was clean . There certainly is room for improvement but overall we had a good stay

Visit outer banks

We are very disappointed with the property and the management team, first the outside lights isn’t working, one of our friends has an accident on the stairs because the lack of lights , now he has problems in one of his knees. We need to buy a sensor to fix the car porch lights, we have to replaced the light bulb that is next to the main house door because was broken too. The refrigerator has broken pieces and is rusty. And many other things in the house. We contact the Vacasa management team and they don’t do anything for us . We still haven’t received any answers from them. That what we feel.

Decent locations, maintenance could be better.

Over all the house was in good condition and maintained. Unfortunately, the quality of the maintenance was lacking. Example 1 - toilet seat was hinge was cracked/broken but was just "snapped" into place and comes apart with regular use. Example 2: - The doors on many of the rooms were not properly aligned causing them to swing closed trapping our dog in various rooms. The location was very good in that it is within 3-minute walk to the public beach access. Unfortunately, the house is adjacent to a bar/volleyball park/practice area and the back driveway was blocked by cars every day. I left this till last because it was the reason we left a day early. The house is infested with ROACHED. When we checked in the first room we explored was the kitchen. Upon opening he cabinet above the stove we noticed a few roaches scurrying around, We decided to leave all lights on and cabinet doors open. This helped but later noticed a roach crawling on the bathroom sink/cabinet. We locked up and left.

Comfortable house

House was nicely updated and very clean. Location was great, right across the street from beach access and two very good bars/restaurants within short walking distance.

Great location and home, Vacasa not so much!

Great location, one block off the beach with great restaurant (Tortuga Lie) directly behind the home. If you want an ocean breeze than this one has it. No ocean view but close enough you can feel the ocean spray. Comfortable for a small family get together and dog friendly is a huge plus. Not impressed with Vacasa as property managers. TV directions would have been helpful and need to address "no exceptions" on early check-in or late check-out when considering the seasons.
