Recently renovated 2 level home ready for your dream vacation. A five minute walk to the beach and quarter mile from grocery stores and restaurants. The Cape has everything you need for your next Outer Banks getaway!

Located on a corner lot at Mile Post 10, The Cape is on the ocean side of the highway and includes a recently renovated main floor, 3 bedrooms, two full baths, and lower level den.

If you want to be in the center of it all, The Cape is the place for you! Centrally located in Nags Head at the 10-mile post, local seafood restaurants like the Red Drum Tap House, The Kill Devil Grill, Mama Kwan's, the New York Pizza Pub and the Outer Banks Brewing Station are just a short distance away. Outer Banks attractions such as the Wright Brothers National Memorial, Jockey's Ridge State Park, And the Nags Head Fishing Pier are less than a 10-minute drive from The Cape as well!

Featuring sleeping for 8, updated appliances and furniture throughout, The Cape has everything your family needs for a dream vacation. The Cape also includes a formal dining room, and a crow's nest to soak in summer sunsets.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower and then relax on the crow's nest enjoying the salt air breeze. After a day of fishing on one of the Outer Banks famous piers, clean your catch on the outdoor cleaning station and fire up the outdoor grill. After dinner, enjoy a family movie night on the new 55" HD TV.

Super Clean, Great Location

The Cape was one of the best VRBO vacations we have had. The house is spotless and well appointed. Its location is ideal, only a short walk to the beach or a short drive to the grocery store. We hope to return next summer!

Absolutely perfect location, with easy access to everything. The host, the check-in process, and the house itself were all amazing.Our only "gripe" was the cleaning crew forgot the master bathroom before we checked in, with towels and leftover supplies from the previous guests. The rest of the house was spotless. Accidents happen, and this one was easily overlooked.Five stars, we'll definitely be back!

Great stay . Easy walk to the beach . Close walk to local food store . A small fault with toilet flush was very quickly fixed the next day. The house was very well equipped . The layout worked well for our three generations. Would definitely use again .

Awesome Beach House

Rented this place for a guys fishing trip. Location was super convenient, house was incredibly clean and the kitchen was well stocked for whatever you need to cook a meal. Short walk to the beach or pier. The deck also allowed you to see a nice sunrise over the dunes. The host was also very nice and responded quickly to any questions. 10/10 will definitely be staying here again this year when I bring my family for our yearly OBX visit

Beautiful and great rental for our family of 6

The home was beautiful and clean, and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The kids had their own bunk room with their own bathroom attached to their room. The parents and baby were on the other side of the house with our own bathroom in the hallway. There was also a den downstairs that provided a separate space. The sunrise was beautiful on the top deck!

We have each been visiting the Outer Banks since we were children and are so excited to finally have our own little piece of paradise. We look forward to sharing our home with our guests.
After looking at many homes in the area, we were delighted to find this one. The previous owners had made renovations that really made it stand out.
