MAXIMUM VEHICLES: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 4. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Golf Membership. In order to access the benefits of this membership, it is necessary to purchase a temporary club membership. This will give you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club and dining. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day plus a $20 activation fee. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees. This rental property includes a SPORTS membership and is a short walk or bike ride to the club house and tennis/fitness facility (pickleball and tennis courts). The large backyard is completely fenced in with a gorgeous view of the signature 17th hole and pond. (Please call our office for long weekend bookings for the fall and winter season).

In addition, your family or group will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, five televisions on the property, and lots of games and puzzles.

One dog is allowed in this pet friendly home which features a screened dog gate on the laundry room door, a gate at the stairs on the back and front porches to assure the dog containment, and an extra-large fully fenced in backyard. This home is a pet friendly property. We do charge a pet fee of $350 so please notify the rental office if you are bringing a pet.
