Lovely!

Such a lovely place to stay! I didn’t realize the property was at a resort. The beach is a path away and the entire resort is very well maintained with many amenities. There are shops within walking distance to purchase a groceries if you need them. Check in was a breeze and hosts communication was on point. Thanks for a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend!

Seascape Resort

Hello, The room was nice, but the resort has changed and no need to go on a rant about what we experienced. For your listing - the main building pool is no longer adults only, and no need for card keys to access as one has to go thru the main building to the side patio doors. We appreciated how clean the room was, the down pillows, and full size refigerator. There is one white mug that has a large crack at the top of its handle that you might want to remove. Thank you

Beautiful view!

Great time! Would return for another vaca. Stairways need to be cleaned. Only Three towels and two washcloths for 9 night rental was not enough. Loved the beach, deck, two fridges, pools, hot tubs and View!

Almost Perfect Getaway

The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished for two people. The weather was cold and foggy so the great view was obscured. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and found some wonderful restaurants in Aptos and Capitola. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

We are Greg and Julie we love waterfront properties so much, that we decided to buy in places that we love to visit ourselves. We choose properties and locations that we enjoy so that we know our guests will love them as much as we do. We have two children who are in college and they love having their own space and they love the beach even more than we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose this particular resort because it is so unique to California The first most important feature for us was location. The location of Seascape Resort cannot be matched. Located on a beautiful bluff overlook a sandy beach - access to the beach is so easy. The second most important feature were the amenities. We enjoy the pools and hot tubs and there is a public park for children to enjoy as well as lots of space for walking. We choose Unit 214 because of how it is situated on the property and the fact that it has one of the best views that overlook the pool and views of the pacific ocean. This unit as stunning views because after all - we all need a place to decompress and there is nothing better than sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset or just read and enjoy the view of the ocean.
