We loved this condo! Especially the view of the ocean and the convenient access to the beach. The condo is located just steps away from the stairs to the beach, so easy to go back and forth from condo to beach. I loved that beach chairs and toys for the kids were provided, much less for us to pack!

Beautiful View! Hosts were easy to communicate with. Perfect place to stay as a family. It was my little girls first time at the beach, she loved it! Very memorable.

Condo was clean with comfortable beds. There are a few things I wish I had known though. The pool is not open through October, just through part of October. The bunk beds rock and all the beds are noisy when you move around. No locks on internal doors. You are out , only walking distance from beach and sound which is nice if that’s what you want. If you are looking to be able to walk to places this is not it. The closest beach completely disappears at high tide. All in all, it’s a nice place just not exactly what we expected.

The location of this unit was perfect! Of all the places we’ve stayed at within North Topsail, this was by far our favorite. The pool was warm, our stretch of beach was not crazy busy, the condo layout was perfect for our family of 5. I loved the extra chairs/boogie boards/ towels/ water toys - would absolutely stay at this condo again!!

Perfect for a family of 4 — stunning ocean view and easy beach accessWe just wrapped up a long weekend here and it exceeded expectations. The pictures are exactly as advertised, and the ocean view from the balcony is even better in person. Waking up with that first cup of coffee out there was one of the highlights of the trip.Being on the first floor made for a quick two minute walk to the beach, which was huge with our two kids in and out all day. No long treks with sandy feet and armfuls of gear.The location is also great for food, with easy access to restaurants in both Surf City and Sneads Ferry, so we never ran out of good dinner options.Bee and Joe were excellent hosts. Communication was great before and during our stay, and they made everything easy. We're already looking forward to planning our next trip back.

The hosts of this property are very responsive at all times and a pleasure to work with. The condo is well equipped and supplied. The view as advertised is spectacular. The location is also excellent….. The condo is small. Storage space is limited.It appears that the bathroom off of the master bedroom was initially a powder room and a shower was added after the fact. That bathroom is extremely cramped….Construction was being performed in the condo above us 12-14 hours per day for 3 days. On the second day of construction the power was turned off in our condo 5-6 times. Major construction should not be performed during tourist season when people pay top dollar for their vacation period.

Amazing experience staying here! The hosts are quick to respond to any questions, the condo is so clean, and very close to the beach walk out! We had a great time and would stay again. Also, you get great sunrise photos of the ocean on the balcony!

Fantastic Stay!

Fantastic 5-star stay at every level! The condo is ideally located - Just steps from the beach and within driving distance of restaurants, stores, etc. Interior was spotless and very cool decor - Kitchen, bathrooms, etc. are well equipped with anything you might need. Communication with host was excellent prior to and throughout our stay. We will be back!

Perfect for the beach!

If you're looking for convenience to the sand, this is the place. Porch is serene, TV is mounted straight on the wall (this is the kind of stuff I notice), beds are super comfy, and the pool is great! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time on our first trip topsail. The condo was beautiful and the view was great! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. The communication was absolutely incredible! We will definitely be staying again! Thank you Joe and Bee!

Just the therapy we needed!

We had a lovely weekend stay, wish we could have stayed longer! PROS: a clean, comfortable, updated & well stocked condo; Bee and Joe were kind and communicative from booking to exit; easy access to parking & the beach; quick 10 minute drive to local restaurants & shops; nice view of the beach from the porch. CONS: small master bath, but hallway bathroom was great; couch is not terribly comfortable, but has a great living room view!

Great condo - perfect location

This place is clean, tastefully updated and has very comfortable beds. Awesome view of the ocean from the porch and living room window. We thought we’d feel isolated being so far north but actually, the beach was a little quieter and there was far less road traffic. There was some noise during the day from the condo above but nothing crazy. We would choose this place again, no problem.
