This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is perfect for you Lake of the Ozarks vacation. This unit sleeps 8 people, and is fully stocked with all of the essentials you need to prepare meals. Featuring main channel views at the 12-mile marker, lakeside pool, indoor pool, a playground, basketball court, tennis court, gas BBQ grill, a boat launch, and a 14x32 boat slip available!

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features gorgeous white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful navy cabinetry and a large breakfast bar and four barstools.

Living Room
The living room features a sofa, flat screen tv, fireplace, and sliding glass doors that open up to the waterfront balcony. Fireplace not usable (Complex rules)

Master Suite
The Master Suite features a queen-sized bed, dresser, and sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront balcony. The master bathroom has a single vanity sink, and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has queen bunk beds and a dresser.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Outside
The balcony features a glass top dining set, a gas BBQ grill, and amazing views of the beautiful main channel!

Dock
This unit has a 14x32 boat slip available for an extra fee per night. Boat rentals nearby!
**There is no trailer parking on site.

**MAKE SURE TO STOP AT THE OFFICE AND GRAB A PARKING PASS. The double doors on the office are always open and have blank parking passes inside. The complex enforces parking passes and will tow your car.

This unit is within walking distance of Four Seasons Café and Convenient store. Southwood Shores Condos are conveniently located off Horseshoe Bend, just a few minutes from all the events and excitement on the Bagnell Dam Strip, and central to tons of amazing lakeside bars and restaurants.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
