What a wonderful condo! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The beds were super comfortable. The view was entertaining with all the geese and the swim dock right below the deck. Thank you for accommodating all our needs as we took our disabled mother and she was thrilled with only 3 steps up to the door and easy access to the deck and walk in shower.

We brought our boat and used the boat dock. We had fun sitting on the patio and watching the ducks, geese, and turtles just below us in the water. Neighbors were friendly and helped us figure out where to park our boat trailer, places to see by boat and other things to do in the area. The codo had everything we needed.

SWS Owners needing extra room

Very nice unit. We just used to sleep and shower. We own a unit at Southwood with boat and boat slip, so we did not use the boat slip. The location was great and loved the walk in unit. My first impression was the screen door. Very dirty and old. But when we opened the door, I was impressed. Thank you.

Bedspread nightmare

Everything was great until I found a lot of stains and holes in the master bed room cover on the bed. I could not believe that someone would put that on the bed being in such a filthy condition.

Our inspector noticed it before the next guest and we removed the comforter and replaced it with a new one. Please remember that we are in the office seven days per week during the summer and would have been glad to bring you a new comforter if you would have called us to let us know about the issue. We also have an after hours number that you can contact us through as well. We are just a phone call away and we are glad to address any issue that you may have. Our number is posted on the refrigerator, it is on the pink sign holder in the unit, it is in our contract, our confirmation, on touch stay (our digital welcome packet) and it is listed on the front page of our website. Weekend Getaway

Great place. Clean, fresh remodel, perfect location to shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to the pool which is also well maintained and a nice spot with a view of the lake. Would definitely rent again for a long weekend away.

Quiet but Cramped

The property was smaller than expected and one evening we didn't have a place to park. The gate code was not provided to us during the check-in so we were unable to access the property initially.

Gavin, thanks for your review! This condo is brand new to our program and you are correct, nice unit, right on the water with plenty of updates and beautiful decor! As you mentioned parking can be tight, especially on busy weekends in the summer and we apologize for not providing the gate code. Last year the gate didn't work all year long and was continually open. We have added the code to our arrival procedures so that this does not happen in the future.
