Tom Bianco is a wonderful host; His condo on at the Strand in Sarasota overlooking the Whitaker Bayou is great for a water view, a central location wtth easy access to all Sarasota has to offer. the condo was clean and well stocked; the furnishings were attractive and comfortable and we look forward to our return.

Very clean. Close to Main Street and good restaurants. Nice water view. Thomas was a good host. With this design, the bedroom is very dark.

Great stay

Beautiful unit, property. Unit was clean and well supplied. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Biggest impression was how quiet resort was, especially pool area compared to other places we've stayed. Walking distance to a few restaurants but still only about 1.5 miles to downtown Sarasota.

Wonder wonderful break from the New York snowing winter!

The facility was fantastic. There were lots of extra towels and sheets for company. The view of the bayou was beautiful. The owner, Tom, was very accessible by telephone. Add a question or an issue we could text him and he would address it immediately. The location was about a mile from the marina. Many places do you walk, and lots of wonderful restaurants. Can't wait to come back.

Really a nice property, would stay again

This was a super clean and comfortable condo, in a great location, super safe and secure. Just to be clear the security is really tight, which is both good and bad, depending how you see this. You must insert your driver's license into a security terminal at the main gate to enter the property grounds. The first time you do this, you are connected to s service that verifies your ID, then opens the gate. After that, you need a special fob to access the elevator to get inside the building, and finally you need to download an app to operate the electronic lock to get into the condo. Super secure for sure, just be prepared.
