Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located studio! Nestled in the heart of San Diego's famed Little Italy district. The studio is on the bottom floor of a 3-unit property. Quaint and cozy, this bright and happy space serves as the perfect urban retreat for couples or solo travelers. Featuring a cozy king bed and a kitchenette stocked with the essentials, dining in or dining out (you're in the right place!) is always an option.

This studio comes fully equipped with everything you need for a great getaway. Fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, cozy king size bed, beautiful decor, wifi throughout, and one parking spot for a compact size car (larger vehicles will not fit).

The studio is on the bottom floor of a 3-unit property.

PARKING: There is one parking space that will fit a compact size car. Larger vehicles will not fit and will need to be parked on the street.

There is a portable A/C and a space heater in the unit. This studio does not have a central hvac system or thermostat.

Lovely Space in the Heart of San Diego

This was a lovely space in the heart of San Diego, CA. It is a basement apartment, and therefore there is noise from the above space. The parking spot was small and there was an issue with the above renters parking poorly and blocking the space. There is access to an outdoor entertainment/sitting space. It is directly across from the dog park. Minimal traffic. It met our needs for the time we were there. 2 streets from the main square of Little Italy. A few blocks from the water front.

Great location!

Very easy check in and it was clean and brightly lit inside! The bathroom was very nice and updated. The location is perfect. It’s a couple blocks away from the Main Street of little Italy and you can take the scooters around and see other nice areas. When exiting the home, I would stay away from the right side of the location. There were some homeless there and someone followed me for a couple blocks. That was my only negative experience but it’s the city, so it’s not something that’s surprising. I would definitely stay here again!
