About this property

Large Private Fully equipped Suite on the Golf Course close to Many Lakes!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located on the Sandtrap Golf Course is this 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Suite with a full kitchen and room to relax and dine. Located on the Upper Level of the Golf Clubhouse/ a wrap around deck and panoramic views of the beautiful course. Located near Bemidji (15 mi) Walker (20 mi) MANY great fishing and swimming lakes, recreational trails, etc. This location is your central hub for fun!
This is Suite 1. We have 2 available. This Suite has 1 queen bed and a full size bed in the main bedroom with a huge walk in closet, and a walk through bathroom with a jetted tub and a shower. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 Full size Murphy beds that can sleep 2 average sized adults and a private bathroom with a shower and a walk in closet. The Kitchen is Full size with all major appliances, toaster, coffee maker and basic kitchen cooking equipment. The living room has a fireplace (disconnected in summer months) and oversized couch, loveseat and double arm chair. The dining/living room area is open and has a patio door that leads to the wrap around deck with an outdoor seating/viewing area. There is also a roll top desk work space for working visitors and wifi is available. Our suites are located on the 2nd floor above the golf club house. Sandtrap Golf Course is an operational business and we do have delivery trucks bringing us supplies, golf carts in motion, and our guests and members going out and about throughout the day. This location is not secluded, so please do expect to hear some noises throughout the day and evening.

Nice condo in the heart of a lot of good fishing. You could play a round of golf too, nice looking course. Had good parking for the truck and boat.

Exceeded expectations.

Stayed for an ice fishing trip and it was a perfect fit. I can imagine in the summertime that it gets a little busy with the golf course open, but that is expected. We had the ultimate privacy with it being the off-season. Extremely cozy and spacious.

So Quiet

We had a blast staying together in one unit versus all having a hotel room to ourselves. Super quiet location. Ate supper in the clubhouse so we didn't have to cook! Will look for this again for our return next year.

The owners responded very quickly when our refrigerator died unexpectedly. 😊 Beds were comfortable. Internet access good. Quiet. Clean. Board games supplied. 14 steps up to the suite and down were challenging for those of us that have some difficulty doing stairs Walk-in showers were very much appreciated. Thank you.

We bought this property: Sandtrap Golf Course in 2022. We decided to utilize our 2 Suites above the Clubhouse as short term rentals this has included doing some renovating and remodeling. We had vacationed in this area for many years prior to calling the Bemidji/Cass Lake area our home. We love to be here and we hope you do too!

Stay and Play at the Golf Course in Northern Minnesota? Need we say more? This location is excellent for many good reasons!
1- You have a panoramic view of our golf course
2-You are within minutes of MANY great fishing and water recreational lakes
3-A quick jaunt to Walker, MN offers many great local shops
4-A quick jaunt to Bemidji, MN offers entertainment, parks, a vibrant downtown area, our favorite store McKenzie Place, eating, and shopping
5- So close to recreational and a paved bike, walking trail

What makes this property unique

Staying UP NORTH, Minnesota on a Golf Course is a very rare chance! This property was a motel a very long time ago. We are trying to revive this golf course to bring it back to all it's glory including having short term guests who are just passing through or who want to enjoy our beautiful area in northern Minnesota.
