Our house Gratz is located in a sunny location on the road to the gondola lift Söll (about 300m). The village center is about 700m. The surrounding areas of the region are easily and conveniently reached by the Kaiserjet, whose next stop is about 50 meters away. In winter our house is the perfect location for a skiing holiday! Behind the house is the practice meadow with a plate lift as a feeder for the gondola lift ... In the evening the departure also ends directly at the house! Even in summer, the location of our house is predestined, especially since it is only about 4 minutes walk to both the gondola lift, and the Ahornsee. Our apartments are equipped with large balconies, which all allow a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. There is fast and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Should the booked apartment not be ready for occupancy on arrival, a locked luggage room is available. We look forward to welcoming you soon as our guest in Haus Gratz! Hans Gratz
