Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private two bedroom home features an open floor plan, modern kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated work space, and living room with 45” Smart TV.

Fully appointed open kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accomodations, private backyard, laundry area, on-site parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and keyless access.

Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Fine spot in Raleigh

The house was clean as a whistle and very comfortable, with plenty of towels. As long as you have a car, it is very convenient to Raleigh. It could have used a couple more pieces of kitchen equipment (measuring cups, serving spoons) and an extra blanket, but overall was completely satisfactory.

Cute house

Everything we needed: convenience, 2 toilets, clean place. The accommodations were perfect for the price. Just enough space indoor and outdoor. Very clean. I wish the internet was better so it didn't interrupt College GameDay, but we survived and that's my absolute only complaint.

College tours

Had to book this last minute and the process was great. The house was nice. We were not able to determine where the designated work space was., incase a professional does stay there. There really is not a private backyard as the houses are very close and there is no fence. We felt it was not really within walking distance to the city so we drove. There were some chairs outside on the small entry deck but no other outside amenities. The house worked well for our stay just not what we were expecting neighborhood wise.

Location and check-in are super easy. Listing is as advertised, except - this is a dark house. All the windows are tinted, so it’s never as bright as it is in the pictures. We had a great stay. Thanks.
