Mostly Good

Comfortable and clean, good for a couple or solo person, the Google chromecast didn't work though so we had limited TV access the whole time we were there and the property manager, who had been very attentive up until our visit and in the beginning just never got back to us about it. .

Relax'in Revisn Raleigh

The mark of good service and excellent surroundings, is not only the good time that you may have, but the response to a minor issue. After a few days the internet went out in the apartment. Made one call and within 45 minutes, all was well again. The internet was not co-operating, so they moved us and all our belongings across the hall to another apartment for the final 4 days. I have been in Sales and Marketing my entire career and understand "After Sales Service"! This is what keeps you coming back! If this property is available, each and everytime, we visit the grandkids in Raleigh, we will definitly stay here. It was a terrific stay!!

Wonderful stay

Modern and comfortable stay, attentive and communicative hosts, and weekly housekeeping. The only thing I would change are the pots and pans so that they are non-stick (if they are already, they're not very good at being non-stick).

Everything I Expected

I came to town for a nine day workshop and wanted more than just a hotel room. This place was perfect. The unit was clean and neat. There were a lot of choices to eat at nearby. Check-in/check-out was easy. Thank you for the nice accommodations.

Beautiful property, friendly staff and conveniently located.

The location of the property was perfect in the downtown Raleigh area. I stayed there for several weeks on business and it was well kept, friendly staff and impeccable customer service. I felt right at home once I walked in and the accommodations were exactly what I needed. I know that I will be staying there again during my travels.
