New Beautiful Canal Front Home Ideal for Fishing and Boating
It is island time! This brand-new canal front home has an open floor plan with a living, dining, and kitchen area. There is a view of the canal through the sliding glass door that leads to the deck where you can watch beautiful sunsets every night. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. All new furniture and bedding. Relax on the waterfront dock and watch for dolphins and manatee. You can throw out your fishing rod to see what you can catch. You can take a short boat ride out to Pine Island Sound where there is some of the best fishing in the area. Bring a kayak to enjoy the canal or kayak rentals are available on the island. There is a bike path and bike rentals available also. There are many local restaurants with live music that you can enjoy during your stay.
