About this property

Beautiful and private home located at the Kings corner on the cul de sac. Beautiful setting surrounded by nature. Bike in and bike out to Blowing Springs and Back 40 mountain biking trails. Use the connector trails all the way into Bentonville where you will find Crystal Bridges Museum of American art, eateries and entertainment. On site bike shop to avoid down time and get you back to shredding on the trails.

If golfing is your thing, there are six 18 hole golf courses and 2, 9 hole executive golf courses within a 20 minute drive. There are also seven beautiful lakes to fish and enjoy in beautiful Bella Vista.

The house is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and provides a beautiful kitchen with updated appliances. The screened in porch is a great place to be for coffee in the morning. The main bedroom offers a comfortable Tempur-pedic adjustable bed with a large main bath featuring a luxurious jacuzzi tub. There are two additional private rooms with a bath on the opposite side of the home providing privacy for guests.

Enjoy a luxurious hot tub on the deck while appreciating the nature that surrounds you. There is a fire pit available on the property on the coolers nights. (Hot Tub and fire pit seasonally available from October through February)

Race day base of operations

Or group can't down to Bentonville for the Rule of Three "gravel" race. This property was the perfect base of operations, a connecting trailhead to access the entire network is literally on your doorstep. The home is clean and comfortable with lots of accommodating little touches sprinkled throughout.

Best VRBO ever!

We have never stayed at a VRBO that was as beautiful inside & out. There was literally not a thing that was not provided that I can think of. Everything was perfect. For me, the relaxing screened-in porch was my favorite; for my husband & daughter, the hot tub after mountain biking. Hobbs State Park is a 45 min drive which was definitely worth it for them. There are trails right off the property also which they enjoyed when we arrived. Close to Slaughter Pen & Coler Park (a bit further south) and Crystal Bridges museum... also, Wright's BBQ is right off the trail in Bentonville...ranked #1 by Southern Living for 2024 (luckily I read the magazine so we ate there)) This was a perfect week all around!! Absolutely awsome place

Amazing Property!

Overall this property is way under-represented. The pictures online do not do it justice for how great it is. There is way more space and amenities beyond what the pictures show! It was absolutely amazing down to every detail. Myself and 2 friends drove over to Bella Vista to experience the mountain bike scene for the first time. This property was absolutely perfect! We had a clean and furnished garage (even with bike stands!) to charge and work on our E-mountian bikes before and after each ride... The hot tub was instrumental in preventing soreness as we tried to get as many miles in as possible in our 4 day trip! The house was full of amenities we never got to use, but we enjoyed the small details of fresh snacks and water provided by the owner! The availability of a grill, outdoor area, garage, ping pong table, etc. was fantastic. There were more things to do at this location than we had time for. The property manager had it set up for a perfect stay. This place is suitable for a friend weekend getaway or a multiple family vacation. I will be staying here many times in the future with friends and my family! Thanks for a great vacation! --Rob

Arkansas trip

The property was beautiful and outdoor atmosphere was wonderful. The owner was great to work with and had lots of added benefits for us e.g. apple pie. It is very close to Blowing Springs and lots of biking and hiking trails. Thanks again, we hope to come back
