Our comfortably furnished and well equipped holiday apartment with telephone and internet connection / WLAN is located in a quiet residential street on Schönberger beach.

Located on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and the garden, the apartment is ideal for families. In only about 3 minutes walk you are already in the Baltic Sea.

The apartment is over 80 m² in size and has 3 chic rooms and a storage room. The spacious living room with large LCD TV and new, comfortable seating invites you to cozy hours. The dining area is integrated in the living room and adjoins the spacious, new kitchen. This is well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and much more.

The two newly renovated bedrooms each have double beds (180 x 200 cm) and plenty of storage space. In both rooms there is also a flat screen TV.

For our little guests are a highchair and a baby travel cot (60x120cm) incl. Mattress available.

The bathroom is equipped with bathtub and toilet. Here is also the washing machine.

The spacious east or south-facing terrace is equipped with garden chairs and loungers and a barbecue and offers enough space to relax or play. The adjoining garden can be used with pleasure.

A parking lot is located directly at the house.

The rental price includes telephone calls to the German fixed network as well as Internet / WLAN.
