The 1-room apartment "No. 58" in the "House Baltic" is located on the mezzanine floor and can accommodate two people. The living area of approx.
38 m² apartments spread over a living / bedroom, a small hallway, a bathroom and a kitchen. The living area is furnished with a cozy corner couch, a TV, a radio with CD, a dining area and double foldaway beds (separate mattresses, open foot end). From here you have access to the furnished balcony. The separate kitchen is u. a. equipped with ceramic hob, oven and coffee machine and other kitchen appliances. The bathroom is equipped with a towel heater, shower, sink and toilet.

The apartment house "Baltic" is located in close proximity to the beach - directly behind the dike.
