The apartment in the "house with heart & sun" is located in the 1. Floor and can accommodate up to four people. The living area of the approximately 70 m² apartment is distributed on a living room, two bedrooms, a small separate kitchen and the bathroom.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area, TV and a dining area for four people - from here you have access to the furnished southwest balcony and the kitchen. The small kitchen is u. a. equipped with oven, 4-plate-cooker and coffee machine. Furthermore, there are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (separate mattresses) and wardrobe and one with two single beds and a sink. The daylight bathroom with shower / toilet is divided into two rooms - washbasin and shower in one and the toilet in a small separate room that goes off the bathroom - both rooms are equipped with windows.
The house is very quiet in a cul-de-sac and only 8 minutes from the beach.
We are here for you all year round.
