The living space of the approximately 40 m² property is divided into a living / dining room with access to the kitchen, a small hall, a bathroom and a separate bedroom.
The living area has a comfortable sofa with sleep function for 2 people and two armchairs, as well as a flat-screen TV, a stereo with radio / CD, a DVD player and a dining table. Right next to the table is the passage to the kitchen. From the living area you can access the furnished balcony. The separate kitchen (without door to the living room) is u. a. equipped with an oven, a small dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a 4-plate stove and other kitchen appliances. The separate bedroom has a double bed (separate mattresses, open foot end), a second flat-screen TV and two gentlemen. In the hallway is a large built-in wardrobe. The small bathroom is equipped with shower / WC and a towel heater. All rooms can be darkened. The entire apartment is laid out with laminate.

The apartment complex "Haus Wiking" is located near the beach, only a few minutes walk from the spa promenade. The center is reachable in just a few minutes.
