It consists of a living room with cable TV with DVD player, VCR and stereo, a kitchenette and a TV. a. with a 2-ring ceramic hob, a mini-oven and a dining area. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m wide) and wall-mounted cable TV and in the nursery is a bunk bed and there are some toys available. The bathroom has a shower with toilet - (a children's toilet seat is available). The living area is covered with laminate, the bedrooms with carpet.

Apartment house in a quiet location. The beach is about 20 minutes walk, the nearest shops can be reached in just 4 minutes. The Grömitzer Zoo and the golf course are nearby.

Die Wohnung war hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider fehlten Frühstücksbretter, Geschirrhandtücher und Abwaschschwämme, was ich aus anderen Objekten gewohnt war. Die Geschäfte waren gut fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso die Fußgängerzone. Es war sehr ruhig in dieser Wohnanlage, obwohl dort 27 Wohnungen untergebracht sind. Das einzige was störte, war das Geschrei der Möven morgens um 03 00 Uhr !

Eine nette kleine Wohnung in einer Wohnanlage mit insgesamt 27 Wohnungen ( 3 separate Eingänge ) auf 3 Etagen verteilt. Lage zu Diskountern wie Rewe, Edeka optimal.
