Holiday starts in the accommodation - in this well-kept duplex apartment in a south facing position - only a few minutes walk from the sea. The apartment was renovated in 2014.
The cozy 2-room apartment is 51 m² in size. The living area is equipped among other things with television and stereo system. The comfortable couch can also be converted into a double bed. The balcony facing south is equipped with a comfortable seating area and invites you in the morning to a hearty breakfast. For shade, the large electric awning can provide.
The separate kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with 4-star ice box, a glass ceramic hob and various small electrical appliances such. B. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave with baking function etc. equipped.
The shower room with toilet has a clear and clean line. From the higher bedroom, which is very spacious, you have a very nice view to the Baltic Sea. The apartment is located in the 2. Floor of the house Sea breeze, located in a very quiet residential area, close to the beach. For your car is a private parking space (# 12) available.
It is located about 100 meters from the beach and the largest promenade in the Bay of Lübeck. Shops for bread and food can be reached in about 2-5 minutes. Even an Aldi is only about 8 minutes walk away. Grömitz offers many attractions in the season, all within walking distance.

If you bring bicycles, a covered parking space is available on the complex. Also, bicycles can be rented in the immediate vicinity. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen, eine sehr bemühte Vermieterin und Probleme mit dem Reinigungsservice Vorort wurde direkt geklärt. Aus dem Fenster und vom Balkon aus das Meer zusehen ist einfach schön. Wir hatten dazu noch das Glück Abends auf das schön beleuchtete Riesenrad schauen zu können.

Uns fehlten "Kleinigkeiten": Spülmittel, Klopapier. Wischlappen und Geschirrtuch bringen wir eh schon immer selber mit. Unsere Kleidung haben wir auf dem Sofa gelassen, weil das Bad auch unten ist, sind nur zum Schlafen nach oben gengen. Die Lage ist wirklich wunderbar, wir haben die Terrasse mit Meerblick genossen! Dazu der kurze Weg zur Promenade und ins Zentrum - das war toll!

Bedingt zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung bietet alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Funktional und grundsätzlich ok. Lage fanden wir gut. Meerblick und nur wenige Gehminuten zur Strandpromenade. Würde sie nur für zwei Personen empfehlen da das Schlafsofa sehr unbequem ist. Wir haben die Wohnung leider ungereinigt übernommen. Dies war am Allgemeinzustand direkt zu erkennen. Die Krönung war das dem Vormieter im Kühlschrank etwas ausgelaufen ist und dieser dann komplett verschimmelt war. Das hat unseren Urlaub natürlich sehr negativ beeinflusst da die Nutzung auch nach der Reinigung durch den Ansprechpartner vor Ort nur mit einem gewissen Ekel zu nutzen war.

Hallo Tourismus Service Team Zum zweiten Mal haben wir diese Wohnung gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. In diesem Jahr gab es jedoch zwei Mängel. 1. Die Toilettenschüssel müsste erneuert werden da man Urinstein und Ablagerungen nicht mehr richtig säubern kann. 2. Matratzen (besonders rechts)sehr durchgelegen und Matratzenschoner schmutzig. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Gerne würden wir im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen jahrelange Grömitz Urlauber D. und H. Tautz
