The apartment "No. 9" on the mezzanine floor of the apartment house "Max & Moritz" offers for two people a stylishly furnished holiday home with a fresh, modern color scheme.
The living space of the approx. 45 m² apartment is divided into a cozy living room with dining area - from here you have access to the furnished balcony - a separate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom of the apartment is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm - separate mattresses) and has a large wardrobe. The separate small kitchen is u. a. Equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooker and oven at working height - many kitchen appliances such as toasters, coffee machines etc. are available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and vanity. A small storage room is also available.
Although the property is centrally located, it is very quiet.
In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the Baltic Sea, the spa gardens and the town center with shops, pharmacies, doctors and banks.

Die Esszimmerlampe ist cool im "Industrielook".
Schön wäre es, wenn die Ausstattung um einen klappbaren Tritt erweitert werden würde.
Die Teller im oberen Teil der Hängeschränke in der Küche sind gefahrlos
kaum zu entnehmen, zumindestens nicht, wenn man nicht gerade über 1,80 m groß ist.
Das gleiche gilt für das Erreichen der Auflagen für die Balkonstühle.
Der Parkplatz ist für SUV Fahrzeuge (mein Fahrzeug hat zudem noch herausragende Trittbretter )nicht geeignet. Musste auf jeden Fall einen Außenspiegel einklappen, um in die Parkbucht zu fahren. Auch wenn man bis an die Mauer fährt, kommt es gerade so hin, dass das angrenzende Garagentor noch geöffnet werden kann.
Vielleicht sollte ein entsprechender Hinweis für Besitzer von SUV Fahrzeugen oder VW Bussen etc. ergehen.
