The house is located in the exclusive, only accessible to residents, beach resort in the immediate vicinity of the nature reserve Graswarder.
Here the house is located directly on the marina and has a wonderful view of this, as well as the nature reserve Graswarder and the Baltic Sea.

The beach is just steps away. Likewise, the center of Heiligenhafen is a short distance away. This also applies to the lake.
The house is tastefully decorated. All bedrooms have box spring beds, TV and internet, electric skylights with Velux insect screen and a balcony.
From the terrace looks directly onto the marina and can enjoy the hustle and bustle.
The cozy living-dining area has a fireplace and a reading area with relaxation chair in which you can comfortably end the day.
Of course, the living area also has an internet-enabled TV and a sound system.
The in-house sauna invites you to relax.

Perfekte Lage am Hafen. Bei dem tollen Wetter hat uns auch der inkludierte Strandkorb viel Spaß gemacht. Deck 7 ist auch nicht weit. HHFn sowie das Strand Resort haben sich in den letzten Jahren toll weiter entwickelt. Der Service war immer sofort erreichbar und konnte freundlich Auskunft erteilen.
