About this property

This beautiful holiday home is located in a complex of 5, built in 2012, very high quality homes.
The semi-detached house is located just 2 minutes walk from the beach and is quiet and sheltered in the second row behind the beach. The house is lovingly decorated with maritime charm.

Whether you have breakfast on the spacious, south-facing terrace or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony, the sound of the sea will accompany you.
If the evenings are a bit cooler, heat the stove or opt for a sauna session. The EC and the bathrooms are heated by floor heating, all other rooms by radiators, so that the house is available year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, high oven, microwave, fridge and separate freezer. Kettle, coffee maker and toaster are of course.
On the ground floor there is a shower room with floor-level shower, as well as the washing machine and dryer (for a fee) equipped utility room. Upstairs is the bathroom with sauna (for a fee), large walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms, one with a balcony to enjoy the setting sun.
All bedrooms have darkening blinds or Curtains and are provided with insect repellent to allow a restful, undisturbed sleep. Also terrace and balcony are equipped with insect screens.
In the associated shed you can store your bikes, there you will also find the charcoal grill, if you want to end the evening on the terrace the beautiful day. The house also has 2 car parking spaces.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Leuten, die das Haus zusammen gemietet haben. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns direkt Wohlgefühlt. Toll ist die Nähe zum Strand und der Wohn-/Essbereich. Leider hat die Sauna nicht richtig funktioniert und erstmal ein paar Münzen geschluckt bevor sie ging. Auch an der Sauberkeit sollte noch etwas getan werden, niemand will fremde Unterhosen unter dem Bett finden. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Insgesamt prima!

Alles gut soweit, die Auskunft, ob ein Grill da ist oder nicht, war nicht so klar. Prima Abstellraum!! (mit Grill) Abflüsse der Waschbecken liefen nicht so gut ab. Das nur so als Hinweis!

Schönes Haus mit mit Mängeln

Ein sehr schönes und super ausgestattetes Haus. - Waschmaschine funktioniert nur mit Münzen, leider war der Münzautomat nicht voll funktionsfähig - eine Klospühlung hat nicht einwandfrei funktioniert (bei 8 Leuten sehr ärgerlich) - die Kochplatte hat nicht einwandfrei funktioniert (eventl. Wackelkontakt) - es war unzureichend geputzt (es fand sich nicht nur Staub und Sand unter Betten und Möbeln, Spinnweben (alt)) - einige Lampen haben nicht funktioniert (Hausmeister kam am nächsten Tag) - Hausmeister hat geäußert, dass die Mängel bei der Klospühlung und des Münzautomaten an der Waschmaschine bereits bekannt waren, dass ist umso ärgerlicher, dass solche Mängel nicht behoben werden

Hübsches Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Wir waren mit 8 Personen (4 Pärchen) hier. Leider mussten 4 in einem Schlafzimmer schlafen. Das kam aus der Beschreibung nicht so deutlich heraus. Ansonsten sehr komfortabel eingerichtet mit Kamin und Sauna.
