The house was built in December 2013 in high-quality construction. It is located in a nice quiet residential area and can accommodate 2 - 8 people on 115 sqm. The decor was lovingly and modern selected.
A large light-filled living, dining and kitchen area with fireplace and beautiful sun terrace invites you to linger. The lower level includes a shower with toilet and sauna and hall and HWR.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with TV, one room has access to the roof terrace with balcony. A large shower with toilet provides the necessary comfort. To the attic leads a beautiful wooden staircase to the 4th. Bedroom with TV and 2 single beds.
Holidays in Zingst means rest, relaxation and experience, whether on the sandy beach, cycling along the dike, excursions by boat or strolling especially in the evening through the promenade.
Many other recreational opportunities and destinations can be found in the information folder in the house!
