We rent for the Catholic parish office in the house St. Michael two apartments and two apartments. The house St. Michael is located in the center of Zingst. From the front door to the pedestrian zone is 20 meters, the beach 400 meters, the Bodden 600 meters. The apartment and the apartments are simple but functional, enjoy the central location of great popularity. The house St. Michael is one of the few houses in Zingst, which is built in the style of resort architecture. The parking lot is located in the beach road.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem erreichbar. Die Lautstärke ist ebenfalls akzeptabel. Die Wohnung machte einen schmutzigen Eindruck (Spinnweben an der Decke, Staubmäuse unter dem Bett). Die Möblierung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was nicht unbedingt ein Problem sein muss. Aber Sessel mit speckigen Armlehnen animieren nicht wirklich zum Hinsetzen. Im Kleiderschrank sind wenige Fächer zur Unterbringung der Textilien. Auch war das versprochene WLAN nicht vorhanden.

Das Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet und sauber. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, nach einem Anruf bei der Zimmervermittlung wurde der Hausmeister geschickt, dieser konnte den TV einstellen. Wlan hat leider nicht funktioniert, das Netz war anscheinend überlastet bei der Fülle der Urlauber, dafür kann keiner was. Ein Parkplatz gehört zum Zimmer, allerdings befindet der sich in der Fußgängerzone gleich in der Nähe, was etwas schwierig war zum Rangieren.Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte heller sein:).

In der Unterkunft gibt es keinen Service. Ich möchte mich bei der Zimmervermittlung Zingst bedanken. Meine Anreise per Zug aus Bayern hat mich wg. Evtl. Verpasster Anschlusszüge etwas beunruhigt, auch weil ich sogar bei pünktlicher Ankunft des Zuges erst nach Geschäftsschluss in Zingst sein würde. Deshalb bot mir die Zimmervermittlung an, den Schlüssel für die Fe wo zu hinterlegen u mir bei Ankunft am BHf Barth die Modalitäten per Telefon mitzuteilen. Meine Befürchtung, dass sie das evtl vergessen oder mich nicht erreichen würden, war unbegründet. Alles klappte super!

Einfache zentrale Unterkunft

Das Apartment/DZ ist einfach ausgestattet aber für uns war es vollkommend ausreichend. Wer eine zentrale Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis sucht ist hier richtig.Wir können es weiter empfehlen!

erlebnisreiche und aktive Urlaubstage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Zentrum, obwohl recht klein, ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Leider hatten wir die ersten Tage keinen Zugang zu WLAN, Der im Haus wohnende Pfarrer i.R. half uns freundlicher Weise weiter und verabschiedete uns auch sehr freundlich, Ansonsten war es im Haus ruhig. Wir fühlten uns recht wohl und haben viele Radtouren unternommen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Danke!
