About this property

Carpe Diem - seize the day and this exclusive and very high quality furnished apartment in the best traffic-calmed location. You own 3 rooms with 65 m² living space, 140 m² garden with covered terrace (south-west) for relaxation, sunbathing, playing and barbecuing.

The furnishing of the villa, which was built in October 2009 in a beautiful bathroom style, leaves nothing to be desired: underfloor heating, open kitchen, 2x bedroom with double beds, 2x TV, bathroom with tub & shower, washing machine, window with electric shutters. WiFi, bed linen and towels are also provided free of charge.
It is only approx. 150 m to the beach and approx. 15 min. to walk to the city center. There is a separate storage shed for bicycles and other items as well as a private parking space on the property. The apartment is ideal for families with children but also for older people. We ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed in the apartment and in the garden.
