Die Unterkunft war bei unseren Eintreffen in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist für unsere Ansprüche vollkommen ausreichend. Die festgestellten Mängel wurden sofort durch den Hausmeisterdienst beseitigt. (Fenster, Fliegengitter und Waschbecken) Es war für uns sehr viel Platz vorhanden. Die Entfernung zum Wasser war sehr gut.

Das Wohnzimmer ist absolut nichts für mehrere Personen, 3-Sitzer Couch und drei Stühle. Einfach

Das Wohnzimmer ist absolut nichts für mehrere Personen, 3-Sitzer Couch und drei Stühle. Einfach ungemütlich. Deshalb wohl auch keine Fotos im Expose. Lieblos zusammengestückelt und ohne Konzept. Die Treppe ins OG, ist für kleine Kinder oder Menschen mit Geheinschränkung nur mit größter Mühe und Schwierigkeiten zu überwinden. Auch hier findet sich kein Foto oder Hinweis im Expose. Der Rest des Hauses ist auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung. Die Waschmaschine wird von allen Mietern im Haus genutzt und steht nicht direkt in der Wohnung, womit man aber leben kann. Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zum Strand, ca. 200 m. Wer also wenig Wert auf Ausstattung legt, trotzdem bereit ist den hohen Preis wegen der Lage zu bezahlen, weil man sich kaum in der Wohnung im Haus aufhält, kann hier ohne Probleme buchen.

Rundum ok, Kleinigkeiten verdienen Nachbesserung

Soweit alles ok, zu korrigierende Nebenbefunde: -da Tiere erlaubt sind, sollte die Reinigung womöglich gründlicher erfolgen, -2xSchlafoption=Schlafcouch...eher kompromitär gegenüber den Betten -angegeben Waschmaschine nicht vorgefunden, ev. in der anderen Haushälfte...aber bei den "Nachbarn" klingeln zum Wäsche waschen?? aber im Großen und Ganzen vernünftig und ja auch nicht das teuerste vor Ort ;-)
