Our beachfront apartments with terraces and gardens are located in the first row, right on the Baltic Sea. Just a one-minute walk and you’re on the popular beach in Zingst. These are the perfect conditions for your holiday.

The three beach apartments are right next to each other and are equipped with high-quality patio furniture and a beach chair each.
Included: 1 parking space per apartment and a bike rack in the courtyard, as well as a high chair and a cot (subject to availability). You’re also welcome to store your bicycles in the locked basement storage room.

Cleaning fees include utility costs and a starter kit (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, tea towel, sponge, and cleaning cloths).

Optional services:
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. The fee is 35 euros per dog per stay, plus tourist tax.
Bedding package per person: 10 EUR
Towel package per person: 10 EUR (hand towel, shower towel, and bath mat)
You are also welcome to bring your own bed linens and/or towels.

Beach Apartment No. 31:

Beach Apartment 31 has its own garden with a 27-square-meter terrace.

- The apartment is fully equipped for up to 6 people + 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a cot.
- Kitchen with dishwasher, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, large refrigerator
- Satellite TV in the living room and bedroom
- Hi-Fi system with Bluetooth
- Separate Bedroom with box-spring bed and full-length mattress 1.80 m x 2 m
- Living room with sleeper sofa and full-length mattress 1.40 m x 2 m
- Daybed in the living area 0.80 m x 2 m (extends to 1.60 m x 2 m split mattress)
- Dining area
- Bathroom with walk-in shower 1 m x 1.50 m
- A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome. Your dog’s stay with us costs 35 per stay.
- Use of the washing machine in the basement
- At least one fly screen in every room. 

Included amenities: 1 car parking space, bike rack in the courtyard or lockable storage in the basement, high chair, and travel cot (subject to availability).

Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
