This lovingly furnished duplex apartment is the ideal place for
peaceful and relaxing moments by the sea. On the ground floor, there is a
light-filled living area with an open kitchen and a cosy
dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. From the living room, you have
direct access to the large furnished terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful
sunsets. The bathroom is also located on the
ground floor and is equipped with a shower. The separate bathroom is
just around the corner. The two bedrooms are on the upper floor and
are furnished with a large, comfortable double bed and two single beds
. A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed here. The apartment includes
a parking space. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The
apartment is located about a 2-minute walk (100 m) from the beach and is very quiet thanks to
its set-back location in the second row.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Auch die Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Aufteilung (beide Schlafzimmer oben), Wohnbereich und Badezimmer unten. Tolle Terrasse! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Eine sehr gut gelegene (ca. 100 Meter zum Strandaufgang 18, 500 Meter zum Edeka/Bäcker, 500 Meter ..

Eine sehr gut gelegene (ca. 100 Meter zum Strandaufgang 18, 500 Meter zum Edeka/Bäcker, 500 Meter zur Seebrücke), und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet ( u.a.Tefal und WMF, 2 Kaffeemaschinen). Viel und durchdachter Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad. Die Rasenfläche ist gut von Kindern nutzbar, weil sie schließt an die Terrasse von Wohnung 1 an. Waschmaschine und Trockner zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung befindet sich im Nebengebäude. Wenn man auf hohem Niveau etwas zum kritisieren sucht, dann war die Couch + Mini-Sessel für 4 Personen etwas zu klein. Aber wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tipp: Der Imbiss am Strandaufgang hat nicht sehr viel. Aber nur 250 Meter entfernt ist eine Minigolfanlage mit super Imbiss (haben wir leider erst zu spät entdeckt).
