The apartment house on Wyker Sandwall was built in 2003, the apartment in winter 13/14 renovated and lovingly redesigned.

In the spacious, light-flooded living and dining area you will find state-of-the-art entertainment technology such as satellite TV incl. DVD player, a WLan connection and a flat-screen TV are available.

In the cozy sofa corner are new, high-quality furniture in a bright, friendly and lovingly furnished ambience. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed with a few simple steps.
The fully equipped kitchen has a large dining table overlooking the North Sea.
The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe, the bathroom has a window, a shower and a bath. From the spacious hallway leads to the individual living areas.
