The house in which "Anni" is located, as well as the entire ensemble of houses built in the mid / late 30s of the previous century are listed buildings and belong to the "Am Goetheplatz" settlement. You will find other buildings in this style in Zingst. There is nothing sterile about the object, but here people live, love and laugh. Enjoy the tranquility and the special flair of this accommodation!

The apartment "Anni" is 57 square meters and has

* a kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything else you need, from egg pee to wooden spoon.

The Kurmittelcentrum Zingst is in the immediate vicinity (Rämel 5 - walking distance approx. 2 - 3 minutes). It has an exercise pool, a solarium, a gym, a sauna and offers physical therapy.

There is also a mini golf course in the immediate vicinity. You can also have a small snack here. If you like something more opulent or just want to end the evening nicely: Various restaurants are within walking distance. The center with bakeries, supermarkets, various bike rentals, other great restaurants, galleries and shops can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.

A friendly elderly dog lady and a shy cat live on the upper floor of the house where "Anni" is (maybe important for allergy sufferers). Therefore, pets are not allowed.

"Anni" is a non-smoking property! You can indulge in this "vice" like outside the apartment - e.g. B. on the covered terrace behind the house!

In the former side lane on the property there is another apartment - the REMISE. Even if you should meet the residents of the upper floor or other guests in the courtyard, you are completely undisturbed in the small garden belonging to "Anni"!
