This one level bunglow has easy access to all areas - indoor, back yard and the parking. ...just Park & Enjoy your stay in Grand Bend !

The bunglow is clean, modern and built to provide comfortable vacationing year around for a group of 6. Upto 8-10 persons can also be accomodated with mattresses.

The foyer welcomes you in with enough space to store all your beach items, and luggage.

Large lounge area with a Shuffleboard table, overlooking the street to gather and chill. A modern open concept living, dining and kitchen area, with cental AC and a wood stove.

2 bedrooms, accommodate sleeping for 6 guests.
Bedroom #1 has one queen bed and attached bathroom.
Bedroom #2 has 2 beds.
There is also a common second bathroom.

Backyard is private and spacious, with a decked, as well as lawned area with
a fire pit. There is a cozy roofed area to sit out on the rainy days too....Lounge, dine and relax, have a BBQ, enjoy the fires together.

3 car parking, Wifi for streaming and working. TV with Netflix, Prime.

Good place, unreasonable guidelines

As my star ratings show. The location a building were great. My issue came with the owner and his no registered guest rule. Fair warning to anyone who rents this property, if you have people visit who aren’t registered, you will be charged a significant amount. On top of that be warned that you are being video taped in front of the building. I would not personally recommend this cottage to anyone looking!!

Thanks for the review. We take our guest privacy and comfort seriously. One outdoor Security camera is placed by the entrance and clearly mentioned in our listing. Yes we do have a “only registered guests” policy, which is reiterated in all our communication, and the extra guest fee is also listed.
