Prepare to be whisked away into your own vacation compound close to the heart of Palm Springs. Curated for comfort and function but with the design element carefully considered. This sprawling 4BD/3BA will entertain all who enter the front door. Inside you will find ample seating in the various gathering and dining areas. TWO en-suite bedrooms are small hotels within themselves complete with a bathroom, sitting areas, and direct access to the fantastic backyard.

Since we brought up the backyard, let us tell you . . . one of the largest heated pools in Ryson inventory complete with an attached hot tub and waterfall. Curl up on the couch under the covered patio, get some sun along the poolside benches, challenge your friends to a game of ping pong, cook a BBQ feast and eat at the outdoor 8-person table, or chill out around the in-ground fire pit. All these activities and areas are spread around the wrap-around backyard.

POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night. Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

-Upon booking confirmation you will be sent Ryson "Terms and Conditions" to acknowledge and sign.
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-An in-person check-in at the Ryson offices in Downtown Palm Springs will be required prior to accessing the home.
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
