Relax and restore at your own retreat, the Salty Seahorse! Rejuvenate as you listen to the songbirds in the tranquil lanai that overlooks the private pool & backyard. The screened-in outdoor oasis Mermaid Lounge, is equipped with a BBQ grill, mini-tiki bar, and all the pool-side comforts. Nestled in the Sea Pines Gulf access community (a designated bird sanctuary), this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, home welcomes you. A full-size office, pantry, large bedroom closets, fully-applianced kitchen, and a garage with washer and dryer add to the bonus features.
Complete with 2 kayaks (transport needed). Bring your own SUP, floats, and fishing pole. Beautiful Sunwest Park is 4 miles away and features a spring-fed lake white sand beach, wake boarding, aqua park & aqua chimp obstacle courses, volleyball courts, concession stands, bathrooms, picnic and fishing areas (free parking pass provided). You'll be just 10 minutes out to the Gulf via calm canal waters.
The Salty Seahorse is conveniently located 5 minutes from the main shopping/travel Route 19 in a quiet friendly neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Centrally located on Florida's Gulf coast, you'll be minutes to local hospitals, an hour to Tampa Airport, Clearwater Beach, and Crystal River.
