Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood for its proximity to recreational water activities, gulf access and historic downtown attractions including shops, restaurants and breweries. The Hacienda and its Pink Hotel history from the 1920s has restored the New Port Richey to its original glory.

The property's MCM design has been restored and modernized to its original nostalgic feel.
