Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

The checkout time is 11 am. We would appreciate it if you would follow some very simple checkout rules before you leave: -Gather all used linen and towels and drop them at the washer. Don't wash.

-Place all trash at the trash bins outside the townhouse. If you are leaving on Monday, take trash to the road curb on Sunday. -Please place all dirty dishes and cups into the dishwasher, and start it

- Make sure to pick up after your dog in the backyard. - Turn off all the lights and TVs, thermostat to 68 in winter and 75 in the summer. - Lock the backyard door, windows, and the front door.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Gary and Elena were wonderful hosts! We were their very first guests, and Elena was prompt to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. Perfect Snowbird Getaway

We were so pleased to have found Seabreeze Villa and can’t thank our Hosts Elena and Gary enough. The Villa is exactly as advertised and we found the quiet residential neighborhood to be perfect. Staying at Seabreeze puts you minutes away from the beautiful beaches and keeps you away from the hustle and bustle of downtown historic St. Augustine. However, you are less than 10 minutes away should you wish to explore the City and all of its history. We especially enjoyed the private fenced yard which was perfect for us to relax in and for our English Bulldog to play safely with out needing to be leashed or on a tie out. I know our Hosts didn’t have control of the weather but it was absolutely beautiful for our entire two week stay! Thank you again Elena and Gary 😊
