We care a mattresses pad with us. Cause the bed near the beach are hard . Condos, houses, motels. Everything else is great.

We had a wonderful beach stay at Madison by the Sea in St Augustine. The home was super clean and was stocked with everything we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach in a residential area. Highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway

Madison by the Sea is the perfect place for a family getaway to reconnect and make memories. The house is sparkling clean with up to date appliances and furnishings. There are many extras in the kitchen and baths. The bonus room for the kids to play in gave everyone space. The outdoor shower and hot tub were added bonuses. Communication was prompt and everything was as pictured and described. Thanks for the memories!

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything we needed was provided and the location was great. Short walk to the beach. We also loved using the jacuzzi when it wasn’t beach weather.

Immaculate and great decor. Everything you need for a vacation! I appreciated all the little details, such as dog dishes and fenced in yard. The hot tube was fun to use after a few hours on the beach. Also loved the smart mirror.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay at Madison at the sea. We came down to visit friends. The property had a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances and comfortable beds. The overall house was amazing.

Fantastic House

There were 5 of us staying at the home. The fixtures were so nice, the house beautifully decorated and it was immaculate. The showers were a treat and the hot tub soothing and relaxing. I would recommend booking this home if you plan on visiting St. Augustine. Really appreciate all of the care and attention that made our stay outstanding!

Excellent Long Weekend

The house was perfect for our family of 5. We were in town for a concert at Daily’s in JAX and to spend time with family in St. Augustine. While the house is not a new construction it has been fully remodeled and feels like a new construction. It’s very modern. The beds were firm and comfortable.The location is perfect and the beach is very nice.

The house was wonderfully clean, beautiful, well stocked and the yard was perfect for our 2 small pups. I REALLY appreciated there were no gaps in the fence line. So many people advertise a fenced in yard, but the gaps are so large that my small dogs can slip underneath. Not here! Detail was paid attention to in every sense of the word at this home. Highly recommended

Few minutes walk to beach

Perfect little place for family or friend outing. Very quiet, although you hear some traffic from backyard. Three bedrooms, two bath, hot tub and fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfy and wide selection of TV channels. Nice little lounge area with TV that folds into the bed. TVs in master and two common areas. Fully renovated property. Public beach right across the street. There is no sign. But once you come out of the house driveway, make a right then another right and cross the main road and you will see small trail that leads to the beach. 3 mins driving to Crescent beach with public restrooms and shower facility. Beach was significantly clean than expected. No seaweeds. 20 mins drive to the downtown for tons load of activities.

The house is very clean, nice amenities-the queen suite bathroom was awesome, and all the supplies you need for a great beach trip. Proximity wise, it is close to the beach-a short walk, even with a full buggy and kid-and the beach is beautiful! During our stay the walkover beach access was under construction unfortunately, but we drove two minutes down the road for beach access, free parking, and close to the lifeguard station! Also a short drive to St. Augustine/downtown area for tourist attractions. We had a wonderful family getaway! I really appreciated not feeling like I had to clean before I could relax! It is well worth the cost and truly as pictured! We would certainly stay again in the future.

This home is in the perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to downtown! We were so grateful to spend quality time with our family and dog in such a clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated space. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of pots, pans, and utensils in the kitchen, beach towels, a wagon for trips to the beach, and numerous other beach essentials. Every detail seemed to be considered, making our stay easy and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to stay again in the future!
