Welcome to The Blue Ocean! This charming one-level home is just a short walk from the sandy path that leads over the dune to the beautiful St. Augustine Beach. Its convenient location is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and unique shops. The St. Augustine fishing pier is only a few blocks away, and every Wednesday, you can enjoy a farmers' market there, featuring a variety of vendors with unique items and delicious food.

Awesome Location

Great little beach cottage. AC worked great, plenty of towels. Kitchen fine. If you plan to use pull out couch bring a foam mattress topper if you can.

Great little beach house

What a fantastic location! Beach only one house away and plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance! House was clean and well equipped, beds were cery comfortable! The only con was the shower....very small.

Great Location!

Loved everything about this house. Two living spaces, comfortable beds, great outdoor space, and kitchen with everything you need. It’s on a great, quiet street and the beach is just beyond the dunes! We had such a fun and relaxing stay!!

Birthday celebration and dog trip

Just the perfect weekend to celebrate my Dad’s 83rd birthday. We made fabulous memories and especially enjoyed having our senior dogs with us. House was great. The only thing was the tile flooring was very slippery / we just had to be careful walking around. Backyard was great especially with the porch.

Relaxing week on the beach!

This was a great place to relax, take long walks on the beach and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Not fancy, not frilly but nicely equipped kitchen, great king size bed (other bed so-so), very comfortable family room and eating area. Great to have a back yard as a bonus!

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location just steps from the beach and a house that had everything we needed. Two adults and two teens slept well in comfy beds, and two preteens slept well on the sleeper sofa. The A/C kept the whole house cool in almost 100 F weather, and the kitchen had what we needed for our meals. The patio was a nice addition to the fenced in backyard. I would also say the pictures don’t fully do the house justice, as it’s even nicer in reality.

Amazing St. Augustine location

Stayed here with my dog while working from home remotely for two weeks. The location is hard to beat- on a dead-end street steps to the beach, within walking distance of multiple restaurants and cafes, and lots of areas to walk and run with your dog. My only complaint about the house is the shower couldn't possibly be any smaller; expect to bump your elbows on the walls. The kitchen is also a funky layout and odd it's sunken below the rest of the house, but it serves its purpose. Would stay here again and recommend it to others if you want to feel like part of the beach community.

So disrespectful

We booked this vacation as our annual family Christmas vacation. We tried to get into the rental a day early which when we were finally notified they said we couldn’t which was fine. The issue is the property owners got a paver patio laid the day before we arrived, and said we couldn’t walk on it Which was a complete pain in the butt. We parked our car in the driveway and then the company came two days later and laid cement in front of our car so we couldn’t even move it until it dried a few days later. This is so disrespectful don’t ever rent this property .

Very comfortable accommodations

My husband and two very young sons, along with our three-legged dog, we’re very comfortable here. Yes, if you want a big shower, this is not the place for you. I went in knowing that because I read other reviewer‘s. It’s true. The shower is very small. My husband is a big dude, but he was still able to shower our little sons in it. We really loved the location because it was only 12 minutes from the old town. Great couple restaurants within six minutes walking distance, and the pier was great. To get to the beach, it is a very steep climb over the sand. So it is super convenient, distance wise, but someone with knee replacement might take some extra steps to get there. The house was well stocked. The towels were especially nice. Seems kind of silly to make a review on towels, but when you stay in a bunch of places, and the towels suck, you actually notice when towels are really nice, and the bed, the linens, and the kitchen was very clean and sufficient with what we needed. we were very very satisfied with this place. It isn’t frilly. It isn’t luxurious. But it absolutely served the needs of my family, and knowing what I do now, I would absolutely still have moved forward, renting it.

Fantastic location, great level fenced in backyard for our dog. It was just my husband and myself so we didn’t need the second bedroom but loved having the 1 and a half baths. Would also work well for a couple and 2 younger children although there is only a shower, no bathtub. Kitchen was well equipped and the living area had a nice size dining table and 2 sitting areas. Enjoyed sitting on the covered deck in the backyard. Couldn't see the ocean but could still feel the breeze. Only 1 house back from the beach. Had a terrific time and will definitely come again.

Excellent location! Enjoyed a long weekend with our pups at the beach. The fenced in yard was a great for our fur babies. The house was well stocked for a comfortable stay.

Best dog vacation

My favorite place to stay. Clean house, beach access, fenced in yard. We have senior dogs It’s great having everything so close to the beach and we love being able to walk to our favorite restaurants. Great neighbors too.
