This is our favorite place to stay in St Augustine Beach! Can’t beat the location and Morgan the property manager is always on top of things!

We were greeted at the door when we arrived and Morgan was able to answer all our questions. We were steps from the beach and a very short walk to restaurants and the bus to downtown. We very much enjoyed our stay and if we are back in the area, we would stay again.

This trip started with sunshine and ended with sunshine. A foot of rain happened in the middle. Low Tide made up for it by having a great location, a covered porch, and a place to rinse off after a rainy walk on the beach. It was a perfect spot for a week at the coast. Everything we needed was in the kitchen or in the closet. Can’t wait to visit again!

As always, we had an enjoyable time at the Low Tide. This is our third time at this home. Very comfortable and quiet. So close to the beach as well, we have our dog with us, and she loves the area especially the beach. I do have one suggestion water pressure in the bathroom is very sparce especially on the sink. All else was great!

Very clean completely furnished kitchen comfortable beds and sofa pet friendly and has nice outdoor fenced area for pets to enjoy walking distance to beach restaurants and stores and only 15 minutes to downtown we have stayed here several times and Morgan our host is wonderful we highly recommend this place

Gorgeous beach house so close to the beach! We fully enjoyed the greatly decorated, welcoming and cozy interior, the well equipped kitchen and the nice outside places. We especially loved the filled book shelves. Great communication with Morgan!

We loved this property. We were hesitant about it being a downstairs unit with a unit above but there was no issue (noise or otherwise) at all. Great walkable location. Enjoyed the board games 1 night.
