Amazing location one block from pristine St. Augustine Beach, within the heart of the famous A Street beach area in the City of Refuge, this setting begs for lingering strolls on the beach, inspiring conversations, and savoring a bit of the island life.

Sip your morning coffee with your toes in the powder-like sand while you soak in the warmth of the brilliant sunrise and the joy of watching the dolphins play in the Atlantic Ocean. Walk one block for surf lessons and great surf gear at the Pit Stop Surf Shop, enjoy a positive cup of Joe at the Stir It Up walk up café, or relax at one of the great restaurants within walking distance. Grill out under string lights and savor good eats and great memories on the back porch, with storytelling by the fire pit. My husband and I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the last few years and this place was by far the best! The house is extremely well apppointed, had everything and anything you could possibly need. Tbe beds and couches were soooo comfortable, and tbe location was perfect. The backyard was perfect to enjoy a morning coffee and afternoon coctail. Trish was amazing at answering any question we had!

Family Vacation

We love this house! Our second time booking this super cute house in St Augustine Beach. Fantastic location! House has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation weather you're coming in the summer for the beach or during the winter to enjoy the amazing outdoor space and fire pit. We'll be back again! Highly recommend!

We had the MOST amazing time here! The set up was amazing, the location was amazing, and we’ve never slept better on vacation! We had our wedding in St Augustine and there couldn’t have been a better place to relax! We can’t wait to come back!

Better than expected.

Tge house is perfect. Great location only a block to the beach. Many places to eat and drink within a block. You can drive on the beach one street over. The garage is loaded with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. Toys, chairs umbrellas, bikes and more. I have never stayed in a house that was so well stocked. Plenty of paper towels, tp, laundry detergent, coffee, and more. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Cottage

We are seniors traveling just for grins. Sea Salt Sanctuary is lovely, quiet and close to beach access. Bikes and water related are provided and great for kids and adults. Trish and Mark are thoughtful and provide a lovely stay as well as responding to VRBO text queries. Oh - we hunted for the WIFI password and found it framed in the dining alcove. If you look up - its easy.Loved our stay.

Best place to stay in St Augustine

This was our first time staying here and we absolutely loved it!! It is a perfect walking distance to the beach. The walk is only a couple of mins. There are plenty of places to walk and eat as well. The home was very clean and beds are very comfortable. The back patio was our favorite!!! Very nice! The hosts were amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

Our St. Augustine weekend

We had a great time staying here. There was so much available for our use. The place was very clean, loved the decor...and the courtyard was so comfortable. It was the easiest places to leave on our checkout date. The instructions given were to pack our things, they will do the rest. We will definitely return!

Great spot

Stayed 2 nights 3 days. Easy access to everything. Uber to downtown is 11-25 bucks depending on the day and time. Plenty restaurants for every meal. The backyard patio is serene and relaxing as you’d wish. Quiet. Just wonderful.

Trish was great communicating with us. The Sea Salt Sanctuary has everything you'll need to have a great time. We have stayed in many VRBO's on and near a beach, and none have had all that the Sanctuary had for their guests. We would definitely stay here again!

This house has everything!

Fantastic........wonderful. This house has everything it states it has as far as toys for the water and bicycles. Plus the back yard is beautiful! Nice location too. This is a first class rental!

This is a beautiful property located within a short walk to the beach.

Everything was perfect! Everything was modern, clean, and in good working order. The back porch was spacious and comfortable with a nice ambiance at night. It's a very short walk to restaurants and the beach. Old St. Augustine is a short drive away. If you're into riding bikes or beach waters sports, they have everything you need. There's a wagon to transport your stuff to the beach, paddle boards, kayaks, and much more. My wife is very picky and she said she could see us living there. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful and relaxing escape!

The property owners thought of everything one could possibly need for a beach vacation. Just pack your clothes and go. The home inside and out is beautiful. The kids especially liked the backyard. There is a tranquil hammock along with a table, firepit, and chairs to sit back and relax after your time on the beach. The beach is a short walk from the home and also close to great places to eat. I would highly recommend and hope to get back for another visit in the future.

Our Best Stay Yet

This was our fourth stay at the Sea Salt Sanctuary and I think our best one yet. We love going to the beach everyday, coming back to rest up, walking to dinner and shops, and then back to the house again for games and tv. In particular we love using the boogie boards, and then cleaning up outside using the outdoor shower. The house is so cozy and comfortable we really do enjoy just lounging about. We also enjoyed the addition of the foosball table this year. We look forward to our annual visit to the sanctuary and are already planning next years trip.

Lovely

This property was set up perfectly. Our family was able to relax, and refresh. The proximity to the beach was great, and EVERYTHING you could need for the beach was included. Every appliance we could possibly need was at our fingertips. We prepared meals easily as if we were at home. The beds, linen, and pillows were AMAZINGLY comfortable! There property has easy access, is private, and secure. We are so glad we chose to spend our first St. Augustine vacation here!

Great in every way

Everything about this place was truly amazing. The location was a quick, easy walk right to the gorgeous beach. Close to so many cute, fantastic places to eat or grab coffee. The house supplied so many fun things like a tandem bike, beach cruiser bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, large(already blown up!!) floats, chairs, towels, beach toys, and a wagon to carry it all— any and everything to make the beach so fun. Trish was THE BEST host we have ever had- we had a red eye fight and she let us check in way earlier than she needed to and gave us tons of suggestions of places to eat and things to do to make our recovery day really great. She was just so incredibly accommodating and helpful! We were so thankful! The property itself was great too- our family of 4 with two huge teenagers had plenty of room and it was super clean, very comfortable, and very nicely stocked of everything we could imagine. We just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Perfect Space

I was so lucky to find this gem and reserve it. The month of March was almost entirely booked except for the dates I needed! My husband and I were in town for a concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. It was a perfect location for everything. The concert venue was a 5 minute drive. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The bikes were fun to ride on the beach. The pictures are an accurate representation of the house. It is very well furnished and equipped with everything needed. The outdoor space and hardscape landscaping is very nice with a tropical feel. It did not disappoint!
