Beautiful views and just a few steps to the beach. We loved it.This unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor so if alot of stairs is an issue, the ground floor might be a better option for you.these photos are from the 2nd floor. Views from the 3rd floor are even better.

My family and I come here every year. We love it. Always clean, right on the strip, straight access to the beach. It is the perfect location for a family or group of friends.

Place lives up to expectations from pictures and explanation. Loved how close it was to the public access.Fridge was a little loud and property manager states they were aware of the problem and it have been fix previously. The responsive of the management company was amazing when it came to a couple of items. Would stay there again.

Property was clean and relatively updated. We did log a ticket due to the refrigerator being so loud. Outside that and hauling stuff up the steep stairwell we had a great time and was able to walk to most everything we needed.

Quiet location with beautiful views of the ocean from the living area and primary bedroomWe liked having towels and sheets put onthe bed.The 21 stairs to the unit was a challenge tous ( senior citizens) when carrying our luggage up and down.Cons- musty smell, needs some updating-

Steps from the Ocean

Online description is accurate. Location is literally steps from the beach. Views are breathtaking and the private balconies give you the ability to see and hear the ocean waves at your leisure. You do need to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper. The contract spells out the expectations well.We hope to stay again!

A perfect week of beach and sun!

We love this condo, it is our second time renting it and will 100% rent again in the future. The location is perfect, the beach is steps away and always a fun time. It’s close to many restaurants to enjoy and ice cream as well as mini golf. We love it and the check in/out process is easy.

It’s a really nice property in a great location. It’s very spacious and has everything you need. While parts have been upgraded/updated, there are still some signs of wear…nothing major though. The sliding glass doors aren’t the easiest to open/close. Overall great stay and would stay again.

The property location was perfect. The beach was steps away and getting around to all the attractions was also very easy. Walking distance to restaurants. The property does need some updating. It would be nice if the property management would leave a supply of everyday needs such as extra toilet paper, paper towels and basic cleaning supplies. The beach was amazing. Downtown St Augustine was wonderful. Lots of things to do.

AC was NOT working properly upon arrival, owner knew before us arriving, no heads up, box fans, or nothing to help accommodate us. Escaping cold weather

The condo was as described, clean and great location right next to walkway to the beach. Walkable restaurants nearby and great ice shop a block away at Cone Heads. You do have to walk up a flight of steps to get in and also another flight of steps for bedrooms, so if that’s an issue, might want to look elsewhere. It gave us some exercise! Also was surprised how wide the beach was and how far you had to walk to get to the ocean. The beach was pretty shelly too. I wore sandals to be more comfortable. The rental company was very responsive and accommodating to change my reservation to add a few days.
