WE ENJOYED THE ACCOMODATIONS, SIMPLE, COME AND GO AS WE WANTED. HOST, BILL WAS VERY ACCOMODATING AND ENJOYED VISITING WITH HIM.

I felt it wasn't exactly what I read. Host was friendly and nice!! However, didn't think common area would be intertwined, no privacy from room to bathroom (no lock on door), fan in room stopped working, no private entrance was shown We ended up not staying.

Owner lives on site and not separate entry, don't recall that in the listing. Not expected and would've cancelled booking if known prior. Owner is super friendly, but common area was messy with random household items laying about. Individual rooms are bed and small fridge only. If you want privacy and freedom this is not the place.

My goal is to provide both a warm, welcoming experience to all my guest, visiting this area. On average, my hosting & accommodation objectives have resulted in a consistent AirBnB Guest review rating of 4.7 out of 5.0, as well as a Booking.com 7.6 out of 9 & VRBO average of 5.0.

Typically, Private Homes are not built for the needs of Hosting Guest, so my investment in my bedroom accommodations over the years required a sum of $65K, to remain competitive.
