On arrival the beds are made u. the towels are in the bathroom, everything is ready for a wonderful holiday.

Welcome Our holiday crab cutter has just been completed. We would like to welcome you to the beautiful fishing village Greetsiel.

Our apartment "Krabbenkutter" is quiet but centrally located, the quaint harbor and the cozy streets, with historic houses, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The apartment was rebuilt in late 2018 and is rented since 2019. The apartment is located in the 1. Floor and is furnished to a high standard and tastefully furnished. It has a spacious and bright living room with integrated kitchen and a nice dining area. Here you can spend comfortable hours even in bad weather.
Wi-Fi is throughout the apartment.
Underfloor heating, electric exterior blinds and ventilation in all rooms.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed and a second TV. On request we can provide a cot.
The very large daylight bathroom offers a large, floor-level shower with glass doors and rain shower, toilet, bath stool, vanity mirror and hair dryer.

Weather permitting, you can enjoy the time on an outdoor terrace.

A parking space is located directly at the house, as well as a lockable space for bicycles incl. Charging station for your e-bikes.

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Einziges Manko: es gibt nur 2 Handtücher für den gesamten Aufenthalt.

Empathie?

Ich möchte an dieser Stelle nur ein Telefonat mit der Vermieterin aus dem Gedächtnis schildern: Ca. 10 Tage vor Reiseantritt habe ich telefonischen Kontakt aufgenommen und der Vermieterin mitgeteilt das wir vom Hochwasser betroffen sind und gefragt ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt zu stornieren oder ähnliches. Die Antwort war: diese Frist ist schon lange abgelaufen- da ist nichts mehr möglich. Daraufhin habe ich gefragt, ob sie sich vorstellen kann wie es bei uns aussieht; die Antwort war: die Bilder sieht man ja im Fernsehehen. Mein Mann und ich haben dann versucht in dem ganzen Chaos den Aufenthalt in der Fewo an jemand anderen zu verschenken- das hat leider nicht geklappt. Ein paar Tage der Woche zu nutzen war letztendlich auch nicht möglich. Es wäre sicher möglich gewesen die Wohnung anderweitig zu vermitteln, die Gebühren hätten wir selbstverständlich übernommen. Leider gab es hier absolut kein Entgegenkommen. Mag sich jeder seine eigenen Gedanken machen. Die Fewo kann ich logischerweise nicht bewerten, aber um eine Bewertung abzuschicken musste ich Sterne vergeben

Ja das ist ja alles sehr traurig. Aber ich habe auch nicht veröffentlicht, dass ich als privater Vermieter mehr als 7 Monate keine Mieteinnahmen hatte und trotzdem alle Kosten zahlen musste. Dabei haben mir die Mieter auch nicht geholfen, die wegen Corona nicht anreisen konnten. Oder hätten Sie die Miete an mich gezahlt, wenn Sie wegen Corona nicht anreise dürften, nur weil es mir geholfen hätte meine Rechnungen zu zahlen?? Man sollte immer mal alle Seiten sehen in so schwierigen Zeiten.

Ruhige Wohnlage und trotzdem ortsnah

Wunderschöne moderne und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Allerdings sind 1 Handtuch und 1 Duschtuch pro Person etwas wenig. Auch das Spültuch fehlte. Schade, aber diesen kleinen Mangel kann man ja jederzeit beseitigen. 👍
