Classic Hyannis Port Family House - Walk to the beach!!

Cape Cod beach house in exclusive Hyannis Port neighborhood. Walk to the local beach or five minute drive to Craigville Beach and other Barnstable county beaches. We provide a parking pass! Short drive (or bike ride) to Nantucket and Vineyard ferries. And experience all the cape has to offer from your Hyannis Port home base.

This house is new to the rental market this year. The house is roomy enough for one or multiple families with four large bedrooms on the second floor and two kids room plus kids playroom/TV room on the third floor.

Indoors: Enjoy the oversized living room with two seatings area, including one with large screen TV, wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, walkthrough butler’s pantry, sunroom with breakfast area and another TV and huge farmhouse dining room table. The basement has ping pong and pop-a-shot.

Outside: Large front yard for lawn games, piped in gas grill, front patio for lounging and cocktails and outdoor shower.

Brand new air conditioning and heating throughout entire home.

Quiet, beautiful neighborhood, but close to the action in Hyannis. Do your shopping at Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s or Shaw’s just 10-15 minutes away. Excellent fish market and restaurants in abundance very close by.

Please note that this home is in a quiet residential area so we ask that our guests respect our neighbors and do not have large parties and maintain quiet outdoors after 10:00pm.

Great Getaway

We booked this house for a surprise birthday party for family. The house was great! Was walking distance to the beach and the house had plenty of space for all guests. The amenities were as advertised, and the host was easy to get in touch with (very responsive). I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants the traditional Cape Cod getaway.

An Absolute Dream

Tastefully decorated, very roomy and clean, and perfectly located, we could not rave enough about this home. Alexis was a quick and diligent communicator. It was such a pleasure staying here and we will carry fond memories forever. Could not recommend enough and cannot wait to be back!

A great place for a large group.

Tastefully and comfortably decorated. Lovely grounds. Owners thought of everything, including a coffee grinder. We enjoyed visiting various beaches using the pass. We felt very pampered. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

So comfy!

The house is exactly as listed. They have thought of everything with beach supplies and parking pass too! The cozy furnishings and several gathering places were perfect for our big group to be together (and apart when needed :)). Host was easy to work with and location was perfect for us. All in all, we had a great week in a fantastic house!

Wonderful Stay

This house met all our families needs. There were four adult couples in the family and each had an en suite bathroom in their room. Who could ask for more. The grandkids had their own floor for sleeping and entertaining themselves. The downstairs offered lots of space for conversation and dining, including a table that sat all twelve of us very comfortably. The kitchen and butlers pantry were very well equipped. We have nothing but good things to say about this house!

Great choice for our first trip to Cape Cod!

12 family members stayed here for a first trip to the Cape for many of us - adults, college students, a middle school student and a 9-month old. The house is beautiful and in a great location - we were close to so many activities, restaurants, shops, beaches, etc. Even though there w ere 12 of us in different age ranges, there was plenty of room and different spaces to spread out so it never felt crowded or loud and there was a nice big table in the dining room for us all to eat together. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. We had no problems at all during our stay. Highly recommend this house for you and your family members!

Perfect stay

Amazing house with so much character! We loved the beautiful hydrangeas and outdoor area. Enough space for us to spread out and cook in the very well equipped kitchen, loved the sitting areas and furnishings. We were able to walk to the beach and into town. Fabulous Cozy Weekend
